Yes, I remember in relation to the ground. :)

Hopefully the goalie is still alive? And doesn't have a football sized hole in his chest?

no, that one was a bit of a scramble over the line :D
right, so if the line from my house to the station is the hypotenuse, then the ground is at the point of the right angle, yeah?

Jesus! I know you're a teacher but I don't need a Geometry lesson before the biggest game of the day! Especially when alcohol may have been consumed.

But in the interests of fair play, and making my brain work, you must be somewhere inside the Queens Road/Ipswich Road Lakenham area. Do I get a gold star, Miss? :P

No time to celebrate this GW weekend (a bit like my beloved Chelsea :innocent:) as DGW28 deadline is just over 24hrs away.

The Sisters 468 - 458 The Cure

GW27 differential: +10 The Sisters

Overall differential: +362 The Sisters :D

The coveted Yellow Jersey...

...is retained by FC Bennweg-Zeis 1921 (Johnny Rev 7.0) whose ever increasing Henry VIII portly girth, has meant that he's had to hand it over to his favourite Turkish tailor for some adjustments. I think in techincal tailor talk it's called "letting out the seams." :innocent:
See my tailor,
He's called Salman,
I know it's going to fit.

And it does! Should you ever catch me up Mav, I hope you like the Mama Cass look. It's now, um... roomy.

Elsewhere the...

...goes to Damage Dunfermline (Sir Nikolas Vitus Lagartija, VC, DSO & Bar, DFC & Bar, RAF) with a stunning 79pts (sans hits). Seriously top GW score, and yes I'll come and spank you in the Gentlemen's Smoking Room later.

I have to keep this short and sharp as deadlines are compressing as I type.

Thanks to [s]all of EIB[/s] Pista who made the effort to crossover.

Well done IGM. :notworthy:

I'll now hand you over to our man in a shed in Hungary.

Well done again. :notworthy:
I had rough scribblings on Saturday night that had us a point ahead. Good to get that close in the end though :)

Been creosoting the shed, so it stinks to high heaven, but should be a bit more resilient to the rain.

Top week was had with the added bonus of some trig thrown in

;D

Now we'd better get a wriggle on. DGW28 starts soon

Hurry hurry super scurry :D

I'd hoped you hadn't noticed me sneaking up on you. After you beating me into second place in the world cup comp I'll be damned if you're going to beat me again :D
