I would class those with 25-30 years experience as dinosaurs - I certainly wouldn't call them "youngtimers"
... ... or geriatric ...

for that would mean that everybody with say, less experience (and/or what ever vulnerable a soul)

would go and see, err ... paediatric festivals ...   ... mere idiocy (bullshit).

Hhm ... :? ... postponed to March, apparently ... there's nothing moving on the official site and on Twitter ... Chris is obviously happily playing with his solo project ...

Nostalgic ideas ... ... a secret gig at the Ancienne or 013? ... ...

Chris leaving ... surely not. Well, if The Sisters ended here, there were no other option. There's no reason for this, though.

The recent concerts were so cool ... ;D ;D ;D ... up to the day that Andrew caught that throat infection ... bad luck, but nothing final ... ...

Wow, that's a dated discussion even by Sisters standards.

If you want to know why they play Prague more often than for example Belgrade (which they have played twice since Ben&Chris joined the band, in 2006 and 2012), just look at a map. Including Prague on tours of North West continental Europe (their heartland) doesn't require any planning at all, whereas "Ex-YU" would.

Now let's get back to likely upcoming tour dates in 2016...

Was in Prague for two weeks in 1994 (honeymoon). Back when being in the west was new and exciting and Germans 'still' came over the border for the cheap living...

Our hotel receptionist was in a sisters coverband and amongst going to watch his band, took us to the Bunka club. It was rammed with Goths.

He had been a sisters fan since 1988, when jazz clubs secretly played such stuff and you could talk in English, as long as it was in a darkened corner.

Yes! I remember you! I was with that group of Germans students, we were playing the Wurstkopfkartoffleficken game over by the DJ booth, you came over and wanted us to buy you beer because you were underage. Fun times.

I too am enjoying planning this proposed tour of the Austro-Hungarian Empire (I just wanted to appear even more dated).

it really wouldnt hurt them to play here again seeing as they're out and about anyway. just, say, leeds, nottingham and london. i'm sure enough people would turn out to make it worth it. no chance of that happening though.
