What was the 'incident'?!

The gig is still up for download at http://darkcircleroom4.blogspot.com/201 ... reley.html

And extremely lucky for those who were there, they played even "Fix" during the second encore ... ...

Only in 2006, there was another gig on June 20th, at Stara Klaonica, Zagreb, Croatia ... one of the concerts of which no audience recording is available, afaik ...

Nice.

I think we should start tweeting this sort of thing...

e.g.: https://twitter.com/heartlandforum/stat ... 3840600066

A Joy Division fan account I follow does something similar for JD & NO. I'm going to start doing it for TSOM when I can :)

The wiki text is wrong (I wrote that bit!) - there's a DCR recording of Concrete Blonde so the Stuffies were prob an addition rather than a replacement.
I'd guess the rain happened between Sheep and the Stuffies because I don't remember any of that bit - it absolutely hammered down.

Did anyone else end up under the massive web of ponchos brought by the US armed forces?

It poored down indeed. My leather jacket multiplied its weight.
No pearl jam that night, but the m*****n loving stuffies.
The marionettes, the name says it already, loved by zillo. Kmfdm was great. Bad religion also.
Stop draggin in that arena that night was more than words. A passionate, or drug fuelled, psycho monologue. Many lost their mind, and then their lifes at loreley. Others succeeded.

23rd June - I've found two gigs that occurred On This Day in my collection:

2001 Bonn, Museumsplatz https://sisterswiki.org/Sat,_23-Jun-2001

&

2006 Budapest, Petofi Csarnok https://sisterswiki.org/Fri,_23-Jun-2006

I've got Bonn, the quality is okay, it likely came from the Sharing section here.
Budapest is up at the Dark Circle Room http://darkcircleroom4.blogspot.com/201 ... arnok.html

I think I need to learn how to hyperlink my text, having 'mastered' the art of putting up pictures

The day after Dubya's visit to the city
"...Another motherfcuker in a motorcade..... like yesterday"

Sadly, the PeCsa was demolished last year.
Also saw Porcupine Tree there & The Cult who played on the outside stage. Now that was hot. 40 degrees in the blazing sun & no shelter.

NEC, 1992

Please relinquish all weapons at the door!

Annoyingly undocumented by either photos or videos but an absolute classic.

I have some snaps that I took that night but they're s**t, despite being in the standing section and reasonably close. Probably the last time I used 110 film .
They're essentially a series of peoples backs with the 27.06.1992 shirt (all black, no white ones)

I remember having to hand in my belts & waiting to get them back again after. Was quite nervous I'd not get my bullet belt back.
I also had one of the t shirts & it promptly got washed to death over the years/ decades. I guess it didn't help that I had ripped the sleeves off it, making it a bit of a mess to begin with
