Did a similar thing with my 77-79 germany school chums (5 male/2 female), ie pick your fave songs from that era. Ended up with a pretty eclectic mix of Clash, Pistols, Skids, Thin Lizzy, Golden Earring, Ram Jam, Pink Floyd, Rose Royce, Steve Harley etc

Sounds a bizarre mix but regulary gets a good hammering at our get togethers.

What with t-shirts and HL CDs, we'll next all be wearing little badges!!! LOL

Read Jim's initial post and his comments above. ONE song. Your ALL TIME favourite song. Doesn't have to be TSOM and quite frankly I would be suprised if it was. Your ABSOLUTE, ABSOLUTE, all time FAVOURITE. Have you never thought about it before? Do you need to think about it now?

It's not that I'd never thought about it. Of course I did. Many, many times. Only to conclude I couldn't come up with an answer. i even collected my own "best of" love songs, balads, female singers, male singers, songs about rage, songs about sadness, you name it. There's simply too much music on my mind.

True. And unecessary. We all know we love the Sisters, that's why we are all here. It would be more interesting to collect our favourite songs other than the Sisters.
