Ditto. I guess they felt that they didn't sell enough tickets to make the thing worth doing. Keeping my fingers crossed that there will be some late-breaking news, "Goth godfathers The Sisters Of Mercy to play Neil's living room on Friday September 20."

Fuckin' NICE! Mostly standing, 2700 capacity so should be nice and cozy.

@mods please can we have a new title for this thread to reflect the change in venue?

Or do we need an entirely new thread?

There are also no good bars in the hood, so we may need to get our pregame on in the city before venturing into Darkest Brooklyn!

Great move! This is an old movie palace that was converted into a venue for LIU's basketball team for decades. They'd left the roof and a lot of the architecture, then tore up the court. I read this only just opened a few months ago. Looks like an awesome venue, and it's close to a lot of subway lines.

Not the typical pre-game venue, but Junior's is literally across the block and they do have a bar. And of course, the famous cheesecake.

Sorted! Ticket prices WAY more reasonable ($50 for GA on the floor).

Is anyone opting for the add-ons (exclusive bars/loos, coatcheck, early admission)? Wondering if it's worth doing - thoughts?

As Charlie has just observed, sounds now like how it should have been from the beginning. Really nice to hear plans have changed for the better (besides the hotel proximity misfortune!), and really nice for all you lucky folk attending to have fear of cancellation replaced by something to properly look forward to 8)
If you were asking my opinion then I would say delete that.

Got that Ella’s lounge thing too just for the promise of a less crowded bar 🥳

I was looking at that - good selection of brews, to be sure, but shockingly No Guinesss (with or without black), and their vodka selection is terrible. Might have to bite the bullet and consider the Ella's Lounge add-on in the hopes of being able to drink.

I have 2 tickets to give away because I had to cancel my trip to NY ... before they expire because Ticketmaster/Live Nation don't allow fansale, I'd rather give them away for free.... GA, club Access, fast lane .... anyone interested?
