Washing up.... for the music!!!!!!!

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

One for you two old pharts - can I recommend 'Is There Anybody Out There?'
The great lost PF album, it is a live version of The Wall from the American leg of the original tour. It really brings the album back to life. I have the boxed set :P

OMG! I feel an alternative weeds section appearing at a message board near you, soon! Nah, never.

i usually wash up to the cure's "in orange" because i left the vid downstairs and don't have any more of my music there :\ (and i live with an avril lavine wannabe - so no chance of listening to her music)
ironing i usually watch sky t.v, cos the ironing board will only fit in the one room that has sky (thass my excuse and i'm sticking to it)
and i don't hoover because i'm scared s**t of them :| they eat your feet if you're not carefull y'know....

I always find sticking Marilyn Manson on means I'll be doing the washing up or hoovering with a jig. Although I've not quite mastered the art of running a hoover up and down a carpet while swinging my hips from side to side :(

After three, 1, 2 ,3.....

IT'S ALL YOU HAVE TO DO......Do the Shake'n'Vac and put the freshness back, do the Shake'n'vac and put the freshness back. If your capet smells fresh, your room does tooooooo. Every time you vacuum remember what to do.....

I always find Loop's "Fade Out" album (surely the album of '89?) rather splendid whilst doing the household chores

Yowsa! at last someone who knows/likes Loop. A Gilded Eternity was a big disappointment tho :(

Loop were probably one of my fave bands, real pity when they split up. A Gilded Eternity I really liked, the songs came more into their own live tho'... Fade Out was a defining record for me personally as It got me thru another crap year at school...much preferrred Loop over the dreadful Spacemen, and I couldn't really see much similarity between the two bands, despite the press lumping them together. I was fortunate enough to release a real limited HASTCO 7" on my tiny bedroom label in '96...Neil and John were fantastic down to earth guys....

Not if you've just carried out a 'dirty protest' all over your walls it doesn't :)
