Wondering if I should even bother trying to drag this back on-topic (large chested Manc maidens... hmmmm...) but on Saturday Mrs markfiend and I spent an hour and a half in the pub being harangued by an Irishman who had escaped from Leeds General Infirmary. He'd told the doctors he was nipping out for a fag, but came for a drink instead.

We ended up escaping to a different pub

It was The Victoria Hotel on Great George Street. And it is a nice pub usually. Just a bit too close to the LGI it seems

Strange as this seems Mr Feind, I was in Leeds on Saturday too (no, that bits not the strange bit...) & an Irish nutjob saying he'd been in hospital was speaking to me too !!!! He said he'd escaped that morning & that he really needed me to give him 50 quid so he could get the train home to London. Twas Around 6pm in a pub down the Headrow I can't remember the name of... ring any bells !?!?!

No, I have seen FNM, but it wasn't Leeds. I've only been to Leeds a couple of times (shopping mainly) in 1988. It was probly someone who looked like me(my piccie is in the Members Gallery how I looked in 1988)
I saw many a gig around Newcastle from 1988 to 1990 if that's any help
