i think i got him before he could PM anyone, but apologies if one sneaked in under the radar

i've taken a few more steps to ban him now - username partial matches, email address partial matches, etc etc

also, i'm not deleting his accounts - just banning them. that ties up an email address for each banned reg

why doesnt he just get the message?

QB: Have some fun with him by seeing if his passwords are all the same (his username is remarkably close, so maybe he keeps everything similar so he does not get confused). If so, see if they work on his email address.
