1.Do you buy bottled water regularly? If so how often (daily weekly, monthly)?

No, I prefer beer and coffee!

2. Do you but water more often for home consumption or socially?

Home consumption sometimes. Socially? No way!!!

3. Does your household regularly use a recycling scheme provided for by the council?

Our council does not provide one. But I am trying to use bottle banks and am trying to recycle.

4. Do you take plastic bottles home to be recycled or put them in the nearest bin?

nearest bin I am afraid.

5. Would you be willing to pay a few pence extra for the water to fund a more convenient industry-sponsored recycling system such as plastics-only bins located in shopping centres?

possibly.
But I still thing Germans and Scandavians have a good solution - called PFAND! You get paid if you return the bottles back to the shop. 8) Talk about efficiency!

In Belgium we do the same with glass bottles, is quite nice because water out of glass bottles tastes sooo much better :D
But you pay an extra price buying your bottles (it's a separate part on your bill  ), which is of course returned with the 'statiegeld'
