Aha! Good luck indeed!

Nice timing, later on you'll be telling stories: 'well, it was the first sisters gig in years and...' to the kiddo

Avoid all talk of Sisters gigs on the night of birth.

A child needs to feel loved ;)

I have to say that I'd feel more guilt about interrupting a Sisters gig than a cricket match ;)

I apparently 'came out' on a very very sunny day, and spot on that moment, thunderstorms started

To be honest, I'd be more worried, specifically for Mrs EMWK's pain threshold, if he didn't log off at some point.

Well, there are several levels of forum addiction, you see, if you wouldn't and would just go on to describe it all, you'ld be a step up

cheers everybody for your concerns, but once we'ld driven 20 miles to the hosptal -next time we have a kid i don't want to be in the sticks, not that there'll be a next time- and they'ld finished examining her the contractions had settled down to every 15 minutes.by midnight they'ld stopped completely.they wanted to keep us there but as mrswhizzkid said if nothings happening we're better off at home.
so -another false alarm.at least she's now dilated another couple of cm...still anytime soon really.
has anyone got a spare set of finger nails?
all the flavours gone out of these!
