The verb 'rukken' means male masturbation, but it's more like a popular (Flemish) term for it, can't think of any in English at the moment... So in the same sentence as sperm (whale) you can see our problem

BTW It seems a Sperm Whale is a 'Potvis' in Dutch, or literally translated a Lesbian Fish (again, popular term for lesbian, but anyway)
