Amphetamines are evil...

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

I think the only way Coke cola would help me right now is if I could mainline the stuff... though I don't think that would go down too well with my employer..... :innocent:

Wouldn't a beta-blocker just cancel out the effect of amphetamines?

Not from my experience, no. I thought it would, but it didn't.

 Right you are. Probably worth knowing for future reference.

And by "for future reference" obviously I mean "for research and trivia-knowledge purposes only". *cough*

You'd probally be ok mixing the two if you don't have asthma, but even if I didn't have asthma I wouldn't do it again.

Well I was handsome and I was strong
And I knew the words to every song.
"Did my singing please you?"
"No! The words you sang were wrong!"

Nah, worse mash-up I've ever experienced has to be the devils cocktail of lsd and ketamine...

Not a combination I would recommend to the uninitiated...

lol...

The only way I could describe it is like having your mind cut and pasted and rearranged..

You also tend to time travel and end up in places with no idea how you got there or what you did for the last half hour...

I reckon the worst mash-up I've ever had was the come-down after a Pro-Plus binge.

*Looks earlier in the thread*

That "French Secret Service" tale from you in post 8 sounds like you know what I'm saying, Gottdammerung. :urff:

of course you can handle even the weirdest mash ups, you're trained, aren't you? :innocent: ;D

The spookiest experience was the first time. You just have to get along with whatever it is you're doin'... ain't no stopping the lsd rush in yer blood  even if you'd want to... After that you know what to expect

That is just the kind of excitement I do sometimes look for!!!
My days of those drugs always bring *flashbacks* every now and then...but then again, I can handle them and get the effect so the next question would be......

:D I'm game for the *mix-about* with my mind...will have to just decide when again?.....

Nah, I've retired from LSD. It sometimes puts me in a strange mood and I want to stop the ride and go home.

Worst time was at a party on the fringes of Heathrow Airport and I just got it into my head that I had to go home. I walked out took a wrong turn and fricking ended up in Staines of all places.

That were end of that to say the least.

Honey that's why you should have done LSD with at least someone else. I know from past experience it is NOT much help but at least there is someone else to help in all that madness... to the memories...
Could write a book on the topic... :innocent:
