neither were a load of other people. it's actually quite rare to find that verison of the promotional material, most just had the border and a blank section in the middlemarkfiend wrote:My mum wasn't too keen either now you mention it
Was it really that long ago! Ha! It was about the same time we supported Rosetta Stone and did half a tour with *cough* Nosferatu *shudder*.Quiff Boy wrote:

I saw them on that tour when they plated in Edinburgh, I thought it was a "Double Headline" thing, the Lorries were great, obviously, not sure about Christian Death tho' .Spiggy's hat wrote:I once saw them (by accident) when they supported Red Lorry Yellow Lorry on tour in the late 80's.

Nope, you've got me beat, can't think of a pub there where bands played?, the only other places I've seen bands "up the toon" I can thinf of are, The Tron, Student Unions - Wilkie, Moray Hoose! + a couple of others I can't think the names of{it's the red wine }Burn wrote:scotty wrote:The Venue, I'll go and have a look for the ticket for the date, but late 88 or early 89 I think,,the Tasp's shut now {has been for a while now}Burn wrote: Um...refresh my memory Keith...can you remember where they played?...i seem to remember a pub close to the Tap by the Art School...or is that a different memory?
yeah i knew the Tap was closed...i'm trying to think of the pub that Christian Death played in (it wasn't the Tap...just very close)...i remember that they played in the late 80's but i didn't go...and that they played again in the 90's...i also didn't go to that but me ex-other half did with her goff friends...
it's not a pub we'd generally walk into unless you have a liking for local blues bands...really close to the titty bars and where the old Co-Op store used to be...scotty wrote:Nope, you've got me beat, can't think of a pub there where bands played?, the only other places I've seen bands "up the toon" I can thinf of are, The Tron, Student Unions - Wilkie, Moray Hoose! + a couple of others I can't think the names of{it's the red wine }Burn wrote:scotty wrote: The Venue, I'll go and have a look for the ticket for the date, but late 88 or early 89 I think,,the Tasp's shut now {has been for a while now}
