No fireworks last night...but I have been a pondering (and I'm a bit partial to a bit of a ponder) if all the ATM's are holding a potential goldmine of coke? Does the residue not play havoc with the magnetic strip?

my new year consisted of an enormous 20 mile bike ride just to score -cause the car's still f**ked (still quicker than catching the bus)- followed by a rather pleasant evening with the missus and kids until midnight. after that it was a bit of a blur -not forgetting the obligatory staying in with alchohol and computer .
can't wait until next year when charlotte has stopped breast-feeding and is being mrswhizz again.

Started with a typical Belgian dinner. (French fries from the Turkish pita place)
Our friends brought some whine, beer and other forms of alcohol ( genever en cheap martini )
Than we left for a Goff party where we consumed more beer, celebrated the new year.
Left to a little café for some other alcoholic drink.
we went to our place for (…guess what) what wasn’t that good a idea for some of us.
Went back to the gothic party…. Danced a bit, drunk some more…

I win 8)

'fraid not Christophe.
eastmidswhizzkid wins for dedication to the cause.
Anyone commited enough to cycle that far wins it for me.
Second place goes to Jess for rock and roll lifestyle.
Third to Twinkle (for feeling so bad the next day). Scant consilation.
You can have fourth place but no medal I'm afraid.

A fair exchange? Maybe not but the thought is appreciated. And I did still manage to wake up with a terrible hangover.

If I'd have realised there were prizes involved, I'd have tried a bit harder....I did throw Lee& Perrins over a guy in a wonderfully Daz white tee shirt. Any good?

 medals for dedication to the cause i can accept -but the exciting aspect indicated in the thread title was distinctly lacking...unless you count the near-death-experience ever time a lorry went past. :urff:
