A HISTORY: I WAS SPEAKING WHIT BEN AND I SAYD TO HIM THAT I´VE BEEN FOLLOWING THE BAND SINCE 2001 AND I HAVEN´T HEARD THIS CORROSION IN A GIG, HE TOLD ME I´LL ASK AND AS YOU CAN SEE WE GOT IT!!!! (IT WAS IN LISBOA 2 DAYS AGO)
I can't believe it but I don't remember This Corrosion and I was pretty sober. (Maybe that's why I don't remember.)
What are you doing home so early? Hope you're in some internet cafe instead.

Nice one dtsom, sounds like a corker. Glad you enjoyed it so much, though obviously you're gonna enjoy The Sisters at the top of their game.

Back from the gig
Wow!
We had this corrosion, we had when you don't see me, we had..
All of it. it was better than last time I saw them (which was Porto some 4-5 years ago) and definitely much much better than the last Madrid Gig.
I've no cash for going to Barcelona, but I could send my mother to do it! It was sooo good! THEY ROCKED!
Nights like this remind what it's all about. And I didn't hear anybody complaining. We were with some young people who didn't know the "new" songs, and they loved it anyways. Awesome.
It's been a long time since I felt so good about a gig. Really. Lots of smoke, I couldn't make Andrew out more of the time. But Ben and Chris did such a good job of it, I didn't mind.
I am really envious of you people still going to be going to gigs around Europe. If only I could!
OK, then, I NEED a recording of this. Anybody?

Ah, ok, I got it now!!!
See, I was so distressed because I thought you had said they HAD played This Corrosion and I had no recollection of it. It is probably my favourite song ever so I was worrying about my sanity.

Erm, what, exactly, is "great" or "not bad" with it? Save for including "Romeo Down", I couldn't make up a worse list if I tried.

Just depends what you like doesn't it. Not hard to fathom. I like it. You don't. So what?

If he did he'll be suffering more than cracked ribs

To me
WHNE YOU DON´T SEE ME
COME TOGHETER
ON THE WIRE/TEACHERS
SUSSANE
DOMINION
SUMMER
SLEPT
in a row is a major snooze-fest. IMHO, any other song would be better than any of these. Add "Something Fast" for extra punch. 20 songs picked at random from the backcatalogue make up a better setlist 98% of the time.
So, I was just curious what, exactly, in the setlist warrants the exclamation "great". Please elaborate.

As if we could see what he was wearing!
For the first encore he wore that coat with the huge neck and for the second I think a black tee. Could have been almost any other colour, though. Not red and blue.
Thet is, if I remember correctly, and I may not!

I think the setlist is not bad because, the howling romeo down, will i dream, flood 1 are kicked off, i hope for the rest of the tour, maybe flood 2 will be also. ok, there is no song of the flaa era at the moment, what a pity.
bye

I THINK THAT EVERY ONE HAVE IN MIND HER/HIS IDEAL SET LIST.
CAN THE SET LIST GET BETTER OR IMPROVED? OF COURSE!!!
BUT IN MY OPNION IT WAS A GREAT ONE.
BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN THAT TOPIC IS HOW THE GIG WAS.....
IT WAS AMAZING AND THE BAND IN TOP FORM!!!
I DON´T MIND THE DISSCUSION ABOUT THE SET LIST THE IMPORTANT IS THE OPINION OF THE PEOPLE THAT WAS THERE, AND ALMOST ALL THE OPNIONS ARE THE SAME :
GREAT SHOW WHIT A GRAT CROWD(NOT LIKE BARCELONA!!!!)
