Most widespread problem in Lincoln is heroin, not cannabis, like most other places. Or so I believe we were told last year.

No, but seriously, it does get on my tits when I see people drinking or smoking condemning other drug users.

No Sarcasm intended - just stating it's not for me. I know Alcohol is more socially acceptable and that may be linked to the fact that it's taxed...

I'd be surprised had it happened anywhere else but Glasgow. I know there are some Glaswegians here, so I apologise in advance, but it is a city practically synonymous with the phrase "dregs of society" wether justly or unjustly.

... and it is am image we have been (unsuccessfully?) trying to turn around for decades, my home town is no better or worse than any big British city
