Waffles are from Brussels as well, can't really think of any place rhyming with it though
Frietjes van 't Frituur (ask for frieten, not chips or you'll get a pack of crips
),
Bloedworst (Blood sausage, you'll have to try it with apples and cinnamon, delightful!),
Stoofvlees, ... you'll be completely stuffed by the time you get back to your plane
