thank you !
i was planning that photo as like-coverage photo, i was there in a good place and just waited for the best frame.
this how Wroclaw looks on the other, not voyeuristic, side. how looks every City in Poland (and probably in the World).

it's something in this, as one of the few buildings that survived the WW II, "they" remember" a lot. and were renovated right after the War, only :?

Thanks :D

Wychbury hill is in Pedmore specifically ( near Stourbridge ) , although it's classed as being in Hagley.

A place called Pistyll Rhaeadr my dear!
- Nice name eh?
- It is the Highest Waterfall in Welsh Wales
- Just off the B4391 between Welshpool and Y Bala,
so not so far from you eh?
- A very beautiful place and one I would thoroughly recommend
to photographers and lovers of nature both.
- As you can probably imagine it is best visited
after some heavy rainfall,
but remember to be there by 11am at the latest,
because of the topography the waterfall will be in shadow otherwise!
- There is a cafe/B&B at the bottom to visit too,
so an exceptional place for sure
- We are lucky our Welsh neighbours share it with us,
so RESPECT to them and their beautiful country eh? :notworthy:

Waterfalls are a Natural Miracle!
- As well as being very beautiful,
the sound is wonderful and they are very healthy too,
with a very high concentration of Negative Ions.

I was very pleased with this picture
and obviously have many others too,
in higher definition ...

This was taken with a digital compact Panasonic DMC LX2
that I am very proud of…
However even with this dinky little baby (that shoots RAW too)
with a 16:9 aspect ratio and 28mm equivalent lens,
it is still difficult to squeeze the top and bottom of the ‘fall
into the composition.
It is rated at 10 Mega Pixel 4,224 x 2,376 or vice versa in this case!
For the technically minded,
the Tv (Shutter Speed) was 1/15th sec,
and the Av (Aperture Value) was f8 at ISO 100.
Oh yes, I used a tripod too of course! 8)

I also took some with my Canon EOS 400D (with a 17-35mm lens) too, but the ones from the Panasonic are perhaps better? ...

If any Heartlanders make it there with their cameras,
I hope they will post a record of their visit too?
Don't let me down eh?

Oh, whilst I’m in ‘full flow’ you might like some directions?

We'd just got off the subway (at Chambers Street?) very early in the morning and were just wandering around getting our bearings, and my flatmate told me to pose for a phoatie :D

I walked into my room earlier to discover this :

Sulphur is an odd little thing.

She doesn't usually bother coming out when I open the cage ( I have a cockatiel too ) but for some reason she followed Floyd out today.

I think she was more than a little bewildered at her own bravery, and actually stepped onto my hand and allowed herself to be placed on my shoulder for a while:
