Hot Hot Hot (currently the weather is...)

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

It's been too feckin' hot (again), but today is quite fine - clear sky, 26.6C - which is about my upper limit, but there's a lovely breeze that's taking it down to a perfectly tolerable level. It'll be clouding up by tomorrow, though...just hope the temperature drops along with it, or it'll be Humidity Hell.

...Back to a typical British summer

Watching the weather, is the temperature ever average? It's always above or below for this time of year, as they say.

As long as it's okay for Saturday, off to Headingley to watch the England game on the screen at Yorkshire CC :D

Philosophical debate!

If the temperature is sometimes above-average and sometimes below-average, it must pass through average (even if only for a moment) to get from above to below, or below to above.

Mildly cool at 95 (35 Celcius if you prefer) -- when compared to the near triple hundreds over the past week or so: 100 degrees, 100 percent humidity, and 100 people keeling over daily. Ah, life on a swam in summer. ;D
