Moved on to the Dogma, at a modest 7.8%.
I highly recommend the Storm - IPA finished in Islay whisky casks, packs a kick and finishes with loads of peat.

Ooooo - that sounds nomalicious! And would go down well with: beef slow-braised in beer til falling apart, then shredded, then simmered in smoky-sweet barbecue sauce and heaped on a warm Kaiser roll. Lunch. Ahhhhh...
Next up: baking a peach pie.
