The Marching Men - First Gig

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

Times, costs and anything else you might want to know are of course, a carefully guarded secret which the promoter is disinclined to release.

According to the Bradford Rio's website: Doors 7pm entry £6. Apparently.
I don't necessarily agree with everything I think.

Wellll, the promoter came up with it himself. And I'm pretty sure he lifted it from the Smurphs, so blame Paul please Paddy, not me!

If Moerderstein play "Pussy", this could be one gig where you can get away with the lyrical subtlety with YCBTO !

Big distorted bass like on the Kid Jensen 1983 session.

Thanks for the feedback :)

We simply can't get enough smoke. For the September gig, we'll be using two machines and we'll leave bricks on the controls so we get a proper wall of smoke.

I'll take with Storming Norman about fuzzing his signal some.

If they ever played it live, then we might. If they never played it live, then we might not.
