In an hour or so, I'll be having spaghetti alle vongole (that's clams if you're a peasant!)... got it from my local deli* this morning, you see...

The Mum made herself some toasted cheese and they looked and smelled so luscious that I decided I needed some. Had some M&S Cornish Cruncher with Chilis left so decided to try it instead of strong red Cheddar.

Jebus peeps, you gotta try dis, it's a 3min meal to beat all comers
cooking tip: do not toast uncheezed side of bread and use M&S Toasting Loaf
