As long as you keep overbidding him he would not have to make you an offer now would he. He drives up the price.

I don't think so. The seller states on Ebay that the tracks are mentioned on the back cover. As the back cover used to be plain back, the insert is most likely attached to the back cover, I think. This happens sometimes with this particular insert, especially in a warm and humid environment.
