Sorry it was a 'cliquey' comment, my barbie couldn't go ahead today because of various failures but I still had a larder full of food. I took along a bag of sesame baps (untouched) and some of the cheeses I'd bought in for the unrealised barbie. They sat in their nice little bag from the cheese shop for around two hours till I decided to open up the one marked 'CHEESE'. It turned out to be a beautiful creamy blue veined thing of the Stilton variety. Not one bugger touched it, except
Claire who was in aboot it like a something that goes "nom nom" a lot! I had to rein her in, blue veiny stuff can be a bit of an headswim, plus I wanted it for ME! The wimps who don't like 'feet flava'd' cheese then had a nib at the Cheddar and Chive affair. The Cheddar and Chutney went home without a lumber.
there is an happy ending 'tho - I stuffed three Monster Bastard Mushrooms with the blue vieny heaven and chutney ferret - Yum!

How'd the feck do you people remember such stuff? Every gig I attend I start off thinking, I WILL commit the set list to memory, usually missing the third track in by my constant going over the previous two tracks trying to commit them to memory. Then I remember why I'm there, forget what the fourth one is, then it's always that song whose title I can never recall. By that stage I've given up the ghost
I've tried to ease myself in gently by just counting how many songs have been played but the constant desire to tap my fingers and clap and the like means I relax my grip and lose my 'finger' tally
Do you take a notepad and pen?????
