No such arty stuff for me...but isn't it amazing what you find wandering about your back garden of a Sunday evening?

  I wasn't expecting that, but thanks all the same!
It was taken with a film camera too! Remember them?
A Canon EOS50E with Ilford ASA3200 (B/W) film which is great stuff if you can still get it ...
- It allows amazing flexibility and low-light usage too.
The location was Quarry Street, Guildford, Surrey, looking down the passage towards Millmead, in 2001.
I thought it was quite 'atmospheric', and was pleased with the result ...
A full definition copy is yours for the asking, anyway!
I'm still in a state of shock from receiving some positive feedback, but I shouldn't get too cocky should I, eh?

Your turn now ...

Feeling inspired by the above praise!
- Here's another one I took at a woodland location in Horrorfordshire on Sunday!
All made in Felt too by an inspired lady artist.
So much :notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy: to her ...
- I think she would like this to be a well kept secret, so no further info for now.

Taken with a hand-held compact on a cloudy day too, so feel inspired Heartlanders and get snapping and posting, eh?!

you really do knit your own museli, don't you?

and I thought the composition on that B+W was crap, if you want my opinion - that handrail!!! Behave!

gouge away...

Hi James! - Remarkably mild for you ... Tut Tut ...

- with reference to the handrail, it was immovable and any phallic suggestion was totally unintended
- my mind doesn't work like that, but 'What Da F*ck', eh?!

I take it you are subtly informed Sir B?

(This is all rather more complicated, and probably boring, than I would be prepared to discuss here, but as apposite as I would expect from someone of your vast intellect and wisdom anyway ...)

I only do film photography ;D And have a roll of Ilford Delta 3200 upstairs! (120 for the Holga)

Mmm, I really should fill that one up, though I can't really afford to get it developed right now :urff:

You are not at all daft Sinnie!
- It is a not so subtle slag of Hippies
- e.g. making your own Muesli
- Something that Hippies supposedly eat a lot of, although I never do! - Although I'm not sure if I am a hippy either?!
Let James explain better if he feels like it, but it is a harmless 'joke' that made my laugh
- I am not in the least offended.
I'm sure he knew he would have to try a lot harder and/or be more overtly offensive to 'get me going'.
We are supposed to have 'thick skins' here, eh?
Although, I sometimes think this goes too far, but I'm not a moderator, and perhaps this is why you 'threw in the towel', but I'm probably wrong about that too?

Meanwhile, I'm glad you liked the picture of the Felt Sculpture!
- I was 'overwhelmed' to find them in the woods, and wish that those of you that appreciate such things could see them in real life too!
I'm afraid that you have missed out there ...

Meanwhile here is something else that you might appreciate:~
