I agree - I hardly ever listen to it. SKOS, Logic and 9 while 9 are the only ones I do really like. Goff nonsence.

in another tread i said FALAA is abdsolutely the best together with the '83 stuff. As time passes on   and a lot of listening done I must say that it's still a strong period, but also a nostalgic. The later periods are surely not worse nor better, they're just different, like i'm kinda different now than when i was 18 and on the other hand not that much  :von:
compare it a bit with other great bands like u2 eg who's music changed drastically more than a few times from direction and still they have they're fans of specific periods and just all time u2 lovers, like we're all little som lovers.
looking now for the worst som song I wouldn't know yet. :innocent: even most of the covers are absolutely great. To be continued.

cheers :notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy:

I can see what you mean James, but release-wise it's the bit I least like, though they were quite brilliant live, those days...

I love FALAA, it got me into The Sissies. If you could have had sex with vinyl (and snort-smoke it) it would have been my all consuming passion back in the day.... :innocent:

Cheers for that mental image Zeno.

We can rest safe in the knowledge that you're not an overgrown rodent

As for worst Sisters songs (On topic? Can it be?), I'd go for "Cry Little Sister" :innocent:

You can have sex TO a vinyl though. And with first and last and always i made a point of it.

One of my top albums of all time. I love everythng about it, everything from the sound of the music to the cover art to the stupid pictures of the band with big hair and red backdrops. I really do love that album.

All the songs on that are excellent, some stronger than others, but all top notch.

You can tell I wet my pants to the wake video can't you? I aslo set about trying to convert my fridge into a time machine.

You can have sex with a vinyl too. Just punch out the centre hole and use a 45rpm adaptor when you want to play it again later.

 I wish I was his brain! :notworthy: Oh, I am. Fair do's.

Obviously there's some stonkers on FALAA (Marian, Logic, FALAA, NineWhileNine, SKOS), and obviously the rest wipes the floor with a lot of other bands 'music', it's just too lame generally. I guess Rule One is...never get so off your face that some other git comes in to produce your album. D'oh.

decent comparison. Achtung Baby, Zooropa, Pop...all ace, everything else (more or less) - bollox.

I don't really dislike any sisters song (I even begin to like Damage Done as a catchy song  ), but I find a few of them plain boring..

Home of the Hitmen (lol. if anyone likes that..)
Burn
Burn it down
Possession

...and their covers. Most of them suck. Gimme Shelter is ok, but they screwed up Knockin'...
