Well yes, I think that may be my problem.
Though I was told I had a Dutch accent - Christophe even said I sounded
South African once!

....you're doing fine but it's just hard to find a right rhyme I guess...
South African sounds fine anyway...
In Holland the word "duvel" is used as well but it is kind of a slang or dialect.
