And a MASSIVE thankyou to whoever it was kept pulling me up every time my legs wouldn't follow my body when I made the foolish but inevitable decision to head for the pit. After the third time and glasses-less, I realised I was gonna do some serious damage to myself or someone else and got the f**k out of dodge.
I'm sticking with ibuprofen. My 'friend' never said you shouldn't drink with Diclofenac. Oh how she laughed.

Stu, it was you guys who kept me going!
How do you come down after a week of euphoria? Work in the morning.

James, I haven't been fashionably anything for over twenty years, if ever. Had to show Nick the sights and ease him in gently with tea with Diana and Richey. I don't think the poor lad's recovered yet.
And thanks for all the names and pictures. It's all a bit hazy for some reason.
Sorry I couldn't talk you back into the Dry Dock Dan, but if you walk upto a pub with a bottle in your hand, expect to be treated like a wino.

Mucho thanks for the sights and the afternoon tea session, all worked for the better.
Recovery? My body is telling me I should have stayed on tour and that I should be sipping a lager right now.
Great show in Leeds. Great energy. Didn't witness the moshing or the glasses flying about, but a helluva story and proof of a quality night. I was babbling away like a fool the rest of the night meeting some great and memorable folks before passing out hours later when we went for food, as is my MO. Top nite out, indeed.
Time for some 'maintenance drinking'...

Top Day Out!
oh the band were pretty damn kickin' aswell
did I mention that they played Never Land (less of a fragment) and that I love the new guitar parts on Dr. Jeep?
I'm sure I've missed out a swathe of top people whom I didn't get to meet or who's names escape me, please forgive
A great scene it was.
Excellent to meet you James, among many others.
The gig was much better than London, they got the smoke right, they got the sound right. Moved far from the pit where Francis did his thing, I'm told, to the tune of lost glasses (good thing he had the right sunglasses for the drive the next day) and moved to the middle where it was perfect.
Overall, excellent night. The Fenton, Strawberry Fields, and then I'm told The Drydock for a late one? You got me. Alcohol and good vibes flowing all night...

I think Dave qualifies on that score as well.

With a hint of melancholy...
I have the added bonus of having to commute from Southend to Telford on a daily basis during the next week - kind of conflicting with the 'going to Spain' plan
It was fun while it lasted though!
