well i'm flying out early tomorrow morning - so leeds, here i come!
i just wanted to check if the pre-gig meet-up at Walkabout (or anywhere else, Walkabout just seems to have stuck my mind somehow) is still on, just in case i don't have access to the internet tomorrow or on wednesday.
newbies are allowed to tag along too, i hope?

It's still on, and it's
obligatory!
Look out for the Englishman, the Irishman and the Scotsman.

Tix says doors at 7. Seems a tad early so I'm guessing support at 8 and band on at 9. Can anyone shed any light in this as I don't want to arrive at 9 to find I've missed the whole show.
Did that once at a Therapy? show and was particularly gutted as we were sitting in the pub next door watching s**t footy
And yes; Leeds United were involved....

Nearest Car Parks: Q Park multi-storey car park, 72 Merrion Street (24hr) & Portland Gate (north east of Cookridge Street).
I've been looking at the venue and the streets around on Google Streetview. Didn't Walkabout used to be a cocktail bar?

That would be my guess but like you I wouldn't like to
assume.
Can anybody in the know confirm?

Yeah, timings would be good -- I hate all the hanging around, and 7 is *very* early.
No-one wearing their Heartland T's?

Timings look the same as Vienna.
Doors at 7pm & the Sisters hit the stage at a little after 9pm.
They have to keep it on time, or they'll go terribly out of synch with the Doktor.

Ordered my tickets online this morning, and having never had the pleasure of attending a sisters gig in my 24 years, I am rather excited. Had to book the afternoon off work to get there and everything.
I will no doubt stick out like a sore thumb and may have to don my only black t-shirt to provide some kind of camouflage. Still, this will be awesome I'm sure.

all of you attending - enjoy the heimspiel!
and treat the (young and older) boys nicely, so that they will be able to continue on the road with only one doctor and one nurse
wish you a loud show and lots of crispy guitars
