Here we go again.
Tried doing some home improvement on the Mumbled C&B, and managed to sit by the Big Machine for two hours! YAY! I really missed that machine...
I did some tricks, but I fear the drums are impossible to rescue the rest I could de-crackle, but the drums is too far distorted.
Now, it's not THAT bad, and I got a lot of the crackle out, but that means I had to do some EQing too. De-crackle tends to dampen your sound when used too much, so it's a fine line I had to balance. Rather difficult with that lousy back of mine
ANYWAY, I also did something with the lead piano and I had a go with my Vocal Rack (Yamaha stuff and bloody brilliant, for the music nerds here!) on Roberts voice(s).
I am currently lying down to lessen my backaches, and when I feel OK again, I will start the EQing and mastering.
Then I will send an MP3 to Robert, and when he gives the OK on the song, I will post it here as usual.
I just want him to listen first because I altered his song, and if he does not like it I will rewind and use it as he originally intended.
Watch your PM box thsis eve, Robert

Seconded.
This is probably the best Sisters cover I've ever heard, the total contrast of the stark and minimal arrangement is just mindblowing. I've loved it since I first heard it, and continue loving it to this day.

If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

Rock Stardom is tough, eh Robert?
BTW, since I was on red wine and meds yesterday when I replied, I forgot to save your PM, there was something about the strings sounding too long or what was it?
And it seems you did like my snipping the lead piano under your voice then.
I wondered why you guys were leading all the well-deserved attention away from your fantastic voice by putting the lead piano all over the song, so I muted it where your voice was most inportant. And it sounded ten times better!
Nice job again, you can start the next!
And me too. What's the next song I hafta to? Bring it to me baby!

Does this call to arms mean there is a definite version for the cover art too?

I believe the front cover is in place. As to the back and inserts, well the design team at Blast Productsâ„¢ need a finalised track and artiste list, with mugshot/avatars of the contributors.

I don't necessarily agree with everything I think.
