You mean that issue is not in stores here in québec ?? last year i have seen they are selling some kinda D side magazine - but it was a bit too gothic for my good attention ....
I have no idea, I only assumed it wasn't. I'd be glad to help, but you may not need it after all. It's up to you. The magazine does bear the mark of goth, but it's just a one time affair with the Sissies so I won't complain too much.

I have chatted with the journalist who wrote the article and he feels sorry about the mistakes ... He is also a TSOM fan.

Expect the worst and sometimes you're pleasantly surprised
But i mean really, article on the Sisters in a goth-zine? Yeah, i was assuming it's pretty bad, especially considering how much the press generally loves the Sisters.

Not so long ago Von mentioned in an written interview (not Radio / TV) that he was 'considering playing France' and mentioned in the same breath
words to the effect / alluded to 'actually releasing something'.
I've meaning to post this as I can't remember which article it was, or which year!!!
I'd not normally get excited about such trivia except that I was rather surprised when he
announced Paris. I then remembered the interview and wondered whether he'd deliver 'the goods'...
Now don't get me wrong, I don't expect anything from the Sisters, I've been lucky and seen them over the last 16 years over many tours but playing France was a but of a shock to long time observers!..
Can anybody dig this article out? I don't think it was in UTR, so where else? And its bugging me.

You mean wannabe journalists who dismiss records outta hand for not being "dark enough" ? The same people who can't take the fact that Rozz Williams was a Bowie fan ? (arrgh, Bowie ! Not dark enough !)
f**k 'em.

Update : Apparently this issue of the D-side magazine is doing pretty well. Several newsagents I went to were out of stock.
Looks like the Sissies haven't lost all their appeal just yet.

Yes D-side IS available in Québec.
The only thing is that they presently (yesterday) sell the Jan-Feb issue...
Well, well...guess who'll get a good read in a week or two then.
Sisterly yours,
