Thanks for these most useful suggestions, but I'm sure my cousins on this side of the family feel far more at home in whatever posh (& free of stabbings) hotel in Edinburgh it is than at a MacHeartland p*ss-up. As I've lost the invitation, I can't even check where it is, let alone when it starts. :(

Edit: How come the swear filter permits pissed but not p*ss?

It was Mr. S's suggestion in the first place and everyone fell in behind it. Friday's totally oot thi gemm fur me and I would imagine the scottys, I could do Sunday but don't think that would suit anybody else? :cry:
