I would like to put worms in as well (the helpful and friendly Earthworm that is, not the various other kinds of bizarre parasites that burrow into your brain if you go too near a river in Equatorial regions )... but I guess that might not meet with everyone's approval...

I've had the pleasure of partaking in several real Indian sweat lodges. Don't underestimate the spiritual aspect and don't think it's anything like a sauna (although the mechanical principle is the same : pouring water over hot rocks). I've found sweat lodges to be far more intense than saunas, not in the least because you're in the dark in a small space with several people, so there's even less breathable air. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone of the hippie persuasion, because they have a tendency to twist and distort the real meaning of a Inipi (Lakota for Sweat Lodge) Ceremony and thus won't understand its real nature. But yeah, a sweat lodge in this world would be great to have, preferrably with a shaman who knows how to do it properly. So the next addition to the world is AMERICAN INDIANS! Sans the concentration camps, sorry, reservations of course...

High quality sushi and sashimi, especially. With all the gorgeous land and water this new world will have we're bound to have a some fantastic fresh ingredients.

For those that love their food cooked (what a crazy idea ) then I can think of loads of things to make them happy too. A nice Miso soup for one !

This world requires Pizza. Not the frozen crap, but fresh, just-made, hot pizza, straight out of the oven, eaten in the open air (preferably at evening time as it's starting to cool down slightly and the sunlight is turning golden) with nice cold beer.
