One very good advice, C?
Go to
'den Immotheker', he helped us a LOT with all stuff concerning buying, notary stuff, legal matters, mortgage and all that.
Even better, the guy is for FREE (the banks pay his salary
) and he finds the best and cheapest mortgage and the best formula for you personally.
There's one in Lier, by the way

I signed some paperwork yesterday... so its all behind me, just a few more weeks/months and I can say I own something myself. (and pay for it for longer as I dare to see into the future
