EURO 2008

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

our boys played a fine game! :notworthy: never watched before but this one was good! :D

our boys know how to kick balls into the target. get over it mad italian man...and you lot got more yellow cards than we did... :P

by the way, it was a good game with the game flowing the way it should.

not bad this sport thingy....not bad at all.

sometimes balls have their own minds..

they were discussing buffon taking down his own player and that it might have been on purpose and in that case making the dutch player to be offsides but it was not the case. they had nothing to do with it. buffon was just trying to get him out of the way

Thank God you didn't watch Romania v France then - was bloddy awful. The amount of over reacting to fouls by the players was pathetic - and refs fall for it!

H v I was a great game and I thought the ref did well in letting the game flow. Especially as the Its were stepping up the theatrics at one point. The football was top dollar.

To not know and to ask a question is a moment of embarrassment; to not know and not ask is a lifetime of shame.

Ruud was not offside I'm afraid, the Italian player behind goal counts as well.*

I have to defend the ref since he's from Sweden.

it counts only if he can play ad stays out...but Pancci was suffering for the collision he had with Buffon. the goal is tecnhically OFF-SIDE
BTW congrats to Holland players
