Licorice and mineral backbones come together quite nicely with a still tannic foreground of fruit and earth.

Lunching on the Japanese nosh today..

Curry bread with Japanese lemonade to start,

then onto the sushi: natto hosomaki, unagi nigiri, then to finish ninjin inari.. all washed down with calpis.. :D
