I've lived in Leeds for 16 years and never been to the Brudenell Social Club before.

FOR F*CKS SAKE.
I've got my ticket (or print-out as it seems to be) & I've just been reminded I'm supposed to be elsewhere on Fri night. Don't know if I can get out of it either.

Looks like I have got out of it. Not 100% definite yet though.

How's about we meet at the Hyde Park Pub, seven onwards? It's ten yards up the road from the Club, and the 56 - for you townie bastards - drops just near it.

I do believe you mean the Royal Park...

uch ma heed
wot a night, The Brundlefly Social Club rocks
The Machines are a living, jumping, thumping, pumping rock band and I love them for it.
As Chris himself said "Even the goths are clapping"
Now just get rid of Tiny Elvis and everything will be cool
Good to catch up with the Fiends
and Sir Tim is one hell of a bloke
It's not every day you see a bloke dressed up as a Ghostbuster (but he wears it well) Cheers for getting me into a cab, bit pished as usual.
Thanks for the drink Maisey, rockin' party-
acid on the floor, socks on the ceiling
uch ma heed

Props to Normalman too; I had a bit of a chat with them and they said something along the lines of "we hit just the right note in terms of p!ssing people off". Which is nice

he said he really enjoyed his 'farewell' machines gig (he's leaving to concentrate on his other band, the scaramanga six)

Sounded like a good gig. Couldn't get out of the thing I thought I'd got out of as Tim knows.
That's two EM's gigs I've missed thanks to hospitals.
