The letter A is from a Heartlander, if I remember it correctly.
Re the Wake laserdisc, I didn't buy it but remember that the one that went for $331 was a sample (promo) copy and I think a promo of the laserdisc wasn't on Ebay for years.

with the exception of taylor, The-Happening and Drsisters I guess.
If we do a list here at all, we shouldn't forget some great collectors such as spiggymr7, Bruno from Belgium and Ficol (apologies to anyone I missed) - you guys all have great collections
...and Bismarck and reptile

Well done Despair, i thought i paid through the nose for mine (about a tenth of the ebay price)!
This could pay for most of my trip to Iceland later this year. I wonder what else will turn up next?
matt..
Also the damage done if you have it?

Wow! Strike while the iron is hot I guess...

The crisis works both ways though. The guy who sold the previous one appeared to be in an urgent need for money.

GBP 209 for letter A and still more than 5 days to go, this one seems to get even more expensive...

This one has the same songs on it and is MUCH cheaper

I've got an "A" and this is not mine for sale. Are there multiple copies, have i been conned all those years ago. There is a picture of mine in the Heartland gallery.
Personally i wouldn't bid on this item because:
1) Where are labels on the record
2) Is there an insert of the cover printed on white card (like the regular sleeve)
3) Does the inner sleeve have the quote "regards the phnatom twins"?
Are there more than 26 copies? I'd email the seller first and ask these questions. Or is mine dodgy? Questions questions.
Matt..

I've got 2 copies of the silver gatefold sleeve, one lettered and one without letter and both vinyls have plain white labels (like all other copies of the gatefold I've seen)...

Thats strange, another letter A? That makes me wonder.
But the price until now is not bad. Let´s look and see for how much it will go.
Heared about more copys from the regular one. Also never got my hands on an overnumbered copy.
away.

GBP 257.89, unexpected low price
... and the winner is from Germany (but not not me), congrats oppenheimer 08- are you on HL?

Yeah, cheap, maybe due to the supposed existence of two copies with letter A... I know I am still puzzled.

I don't know, but he was definetely a frequent buyer and seller in recent time.
He's been selling a huge number of Sisters bootleg cd's on Ebay in past months. If I remember it correctly, in the text for these auctions he was stating to focus more on vinyl.
