I might be a little bit daft here but.... Is it the video that I have linked to you're refering to or is it that TSOM never made a video?

Exactly, The Sisters didn't make an official video of Vision Thing (song),
so the video you've linked to is made by whoever ... it's not official.

Hhm, I've not yet mentioned these in the Sisters Kawa, eh Wiki.

Nevertheless I'd like to mention them as not exactly covers but quotes ...
and include the lyrics under Sisters songs within a new category called Quotes...

I think it's good to know the sources ... but I'm not yet decided.

Any opinions? [Please ...]

Actually I could collect them in a "Sister Ray medley" thing, but then some of the songs are missing... I will have to think about it a bit :)

OK but that raises a question for me. According to http://www.vamp.org/Gothic/Text/sisters-discog.html
Section II: Songs For Which Videos Exist wrote:body and soul
no time to cry
walk away
first and last and always (whistle test performance)
marian (whistle test performance)
no time to cry (german tv performance)
black planet
this corrosion
dominion
lucretia my reflection
1959
more
doctor jeep
detonation boulevard
vision thing
temple of love 1992
under the gun
So does a video exist or not? This list (whoever made it) seems very accurate so I'm just wondering :D

But then the Whistle Test performances don't count as videos either - certainly no more than, say, Top Of The Pops performances or any other TV appearances. There may be footage featuring the songs but they're not official promos.
Any more of that and we'll be round your front door with the quick-setting whitewash and the shaved monkey.

True, but considering that the Whistle Test is listed behind those songs and nothing at Vision Thing makes me wonder a bit. And from what I can recall Vision Things has never been on any TV shows like ToTP... It just makes me curious :)

Yeah but the site has listed "songs for which videos exist" not songs for which official promo videos exist". They've taken some TV performances so it's entirely possible that they'd take a fan video too. The list is part of a much larger discography that also covers bootlegs so bootleg videos are presumably a part of it.

Well all the other "bootleg videos" mentioned in that list is live performances or TV shows. But it doesn't matter, I have removed VT from my page :)

So another small step has been done, I have redone the magazine section. Tell me if you find it hard to navigate or get an overview ok?

there are numerous mistakes, but it's a cracking idea and coming on great. well done you :notworthy: :notworthy:

this site (a rip of the 'happening' version), but with updates, is great. especially for early info).

good luck :D
Can't take credit for the that site sadly. I took most of my info from there! I did give credit to Andres Krinke but he gave up in 2003 sadly it was a good site though.

Just a couple of comments on the cancelled shows:

The two Japanese shows 7th and 8th September 1998 - Akasaka Blitz, Tokyo, Japan were cancelled as the promoter was billing it as the 1985 line up!

28 March 1993 - NEC, Birmingham, England show was scheduled for 1997 and this was due to breach of contract (no payment made by the promoter Industrial Storm - Paul Storm)

Superb site in case I forgot to say.
