Whenever I stay in Leeds I stop at the Radisson Blu hotel. It's literally two minutes walk from the Met Uni,and is very very nice.
The downside is that it is also very very expensive! Expect to pay a hundred quid for the night, and you really don't want to buy a drink in the bar!

You are welcome to do any design you want, they are certainly not copy protected by me! And since you are not selling them for profit,I don't see the band minding tbh.I am thinking of doing a hoody next, with something like "It's a semi automatic, get in the car" on the sleeves, and Under The Gun in big white letters on the back.
The Radisson is literally two minutes walk from the venue.Last year we nipped out of the Academy laden down with t shirts and a hoody and nipped back to the hotel with them.Took ten minutes there and back. The Met Uni is a stones through from the Academy(and a minute walk from The Fenton as well if you fancy a nostalgic pint!

"Oh s**t" - Dr. Evil .

Are they generally better first night or second. Or should I defy all financial and childcare reality and try and get to both?

and I wonder who that might be?

Think I might need to invest in some huge filmstar sunglasses, as I will need to get myself over to Manchester airport in time to check in for a 10:15am flight on the Friday morning! which could be painful. Fortunately I then have an 8 day Arctic cruise to recover from all the rock n roll excess.

/me wonders if there will be iced fairy cakes like there was at the 20th Birthday bash. Hopes so!

I desperately wanted to keep one as a souvenir and remember feeling very naughty taking 2 cakes, 1 to eat & 1 to smuggle away in my handbag. However, sadly the souvenir cake disintegrated and I woke up the next afternoon to find a handbag full of sponge cake crumbs and mangled bits of white & pink icing  :(
