I hava a helluva cool job and I earn bloody good money, but some colleagues earn the same but do feck all to deserve it. I try to keep standards up in my company, pro-active thinking etc... because I WANT my company to stay at the top of diamond processing, while others just come and do overtime when there's no work to be done and shovel all the dirty bits to me...

The big trouble is, there's no love lost for the procrastinators, the bosses know what I do and they really value it, but it is our dirty little secret.
