Leeds gig was marginally better than the London one.
Good sound, McCoy in a decent humour, only blighted by a lack of new material.

Indeed!

But I'd still put money on seeing a new Neph album long before a Sisters one.
At least McCoy has managed a studio album in the last decade...

:notworthy: And to be honest the bit about the sound being great didn't sound like The Sisters either on a consistent basis these days.

I enjoyed the Shepherd's Bush gig. The vocals got lost in the mix on some of the heavier songs, but Psychonaught, Preacher Man and many of the songs came over well.

I found all those bloody camera screens distracting though. I eneded watching chunks of the gig through a 3 inch iphone screen or whatever screen as inconsiderate berks at the front insisted on holding their bloody cameras over their heads to film the gig and th epress of the crowd made it difficult to move about.. If I wanted to watch the Nephs (or any band) on a screen, I'd buy the DVD, watch it on TV and be about thirty quid in.

Funnily enough, (and I forgot to mention at the time), I believe that Danny told mrsfiend that while he and Anne-Marie both did vocal sound-check, McCoy didn't bother. Make of that what you will.

Couldn't tell from my vantage point cos we were all singing / growling away loudly anyway. Resulted in the least harmonic 'praaayyyy nowwww' you'll ever hear.
