Just seen this down the road & really enjoyed it.
The last sequence has Pegg dressed as
Tim.

Unfortunately I can't find the stills from the last sequence, but Pegg goes all-out hat & shades a la Von circa 85.

The version of "This Corrosion" seems like a speedier remix than any previous released. Especially the other scene in the underground base was fantastic when i heard the notes of the hymn

Could be! But the attachment of the Sisters to the character (plus them playing in that scene) made me think of Eldritch in Wake, complete with fog!

I thought that first too, as there are five of them. But the hats are clearly supposed to be
and Hussey's.

Well I have to say I've seen the movie two days ago and really had a laugh (mostly with Frost) and appreciate the nods to the Sisters.
As for the 'controversy' I found this other interview in which they explain it was a tribute by Pegg (as he was really into TSOM), and with the consent of Eldritch.
So.. here it is.

I'd love to see the film, but it seems it won't be released here... at least not in theatres or maybe they await the apocalypse or something like that

Watched it last night. Quite funny.
During the credits on the 'Thanks to' bit, the last credit goed to:
Andrew Eldritch and The Sisters Of Mercy.

Taking the last credit in a picture is usually a place of honor in films.
I think this is a great thank to
and the group
