A wasp is any insect of the order Hymenoptera and suborder Apocrita that is neither a bee nor an ant. So it actually counts :innocent:
Wasps are complete & utter bastids! :D
They can't be worse than humans.

Beautiful ... :D ... btw, did you know that their poison is way less toxic than the one of bees ... and they are very peaceful animals ... :) ...

A pity, I'm allergic towards wasps, and thus also towards hornets as their poison has a similar composition... :| :| ...
2. I prefer animals to humans.

*Sightly agree ... ;D ...

Yup. Wasps are very mean.

Nowadays number of mosquitos dropped dramatically, but back in a day i was making hunts for them, especially, that they loved my blood. In fact mosquitos are the only insects that i loath and hate.

I had to stop playing GTA as I couldn't get beyond the fun of running everything down - I think I got to about 2% complete

phew, GTA (III and above) can give much more fun just running people - baseball bat, flame thrower, knife, sniper, granade, molotovs, katana, chainsaw - such fun.

But seriously, GTA was/is a great mockery of TV fasination about crimes, murders and all that gory details that everyone can read in newapapers/the Net.
But if you want some realism in running pepole i like Mafia and Mafia II, it's much better. They paid so much attention to sound that you almost feel you've been hit someone (in fact, fortunately, i can only imagine - i nave hit anyone).
It was long since i last time played in any PC game.

There is a wasp flying around my kitchen at the moment but I just opened the back door and hope it takes the hint.

My son asked to get GTA V but I'm not keen even though he has played it at friends houses.

There will be an uncontrolled release of all of that pent up niceness and it will be ushered to the door in the very strongest terms...

Me, I'd tw+t it with a paper

Since some of us may be goths, I'm sure we all politely escort spiders from the premises.

@iesus, it's gone. They generally find their way out.

If it didn't I might have had to glare at it. And it would know. And leave promptly.

I might be nice but I'm no pushover :)

is that how thick you think i am??? i didn't mean wasps don't count as insects, (i know wasps are insects that's why i included them in a conversation about insects).
what doesn't count is being "cruel" to them because they are utter cunts.

EDIT: in fact if i were as thick as you seem to think i am, my original sentence could be read as " the cruellest thing i've ever done to insects wasn't to insects so it doesn't count" which isn't just thick it's utterly meaningless. what an exceptionally high opinion you must hold of me.

I once had an all day breakfast in Leeds with Scotty who, at the time, was a pest control professional.
He battered about half a dozen wasps to a pulp with a wooden spoon that day in the pub garden.
A true pro.

I didn't mean that you are thick or cruel. I hope you undestand that we actually have the same opinion about wasps and propably attitude (rolled newspaper, shoe etc), a clean death for an insect is humane behavior.

@pista :notworthy: for Scoty. Wooden spoon! could hardly imagine the scene

Jesus fuckin Christ, not only do you people revel in your lack of empathy but you also compare notes and talk about the things that you like to kill on a daily basis :von: would be proud.

's far as I can tell, the only thing that :von: has ever expressed an interest in killing is record company personnel (assuming that he didn't actually want to kill the members of The New Creatures or Sunshine Blind), but I'm pretty sure he's not actually alongside random acts of murder. He leaves that to the cats.

Yes, that the only one good reason to have cat - they are good in helping keeping home/house insects free.
