My money's on "he couldn't be bothered." I'm paraphrasing here but, you know..

That's the best summarize of current incarnation of TSOM.
... but that volume was the same for all other bands as well due to the noise restrictions ...
...
But still, that's how TSOM sound like since last few years.

My guess.
That interview was actually somewhat older than it's publication date and we already got the "new sound" and "shake some sh!t up" in 2015.
Which was the new intro to This Corrosion and 1959 in the set.

I've seen some comments but not a proper review. Are we losing our good manners?

Don't forget More (Ringtone), although that would make the interview even older..

Anybody really expected things to have changed??
I guess there will be 'something' different in the september tour, but it might not be that noticeable. Anyway, it only occurred to me last night that it's only a matter of weeks now before they play Brussels and that made me dance around the kitchen a bit. After midnight. When nobody was around. But still. Looking forward

Well yes but 'this tour will be the last hurrah for these songs in their current live form' (paraphrased but close enough) - that sounds fairly conclusive to me given what I thought I understood of the English language. It sounds so conclusive that I still hold hope that it's just the two festies that get the old style, and things are gonna wig out in London and beyond. We shall see...

I would like to remind that
if any change of sound or band members is about to happen, last time Adam played "last gigs".
