Ouch, did you? I have to confess the postage has put me off ordering it so far. I didn't even think about tax...

fwiw, i got the original hardback version of WFAW and i'm pretty sure I didn't have to pay any import tax

i may just have forgotten though - "dad brain" is a helluva drug.

No I haven't ordered yet, was just wondering, put off a bit by the extortionate postage cost also

You'd hope Leeds Central Library would want a copy for their local history section.

The book looks so good, lots of rare or previously unpublished photos and the first glance promises a very interesting reading. Thank you very much, Trevor! That‘s an amazing work.
By the way, no import tax here either.

I received my copy and read it over 2 nights.
I can say it was very entertaining and I enjoyed it all - thanks for making it available again!

Mine's currently in Jamaica. Hope it doesn't get too ... distracted.

Once got DHL to deliver a parcel from Dublin to Derry. It went of course to Derby then somehow to Brussels where it caused a security alert. They thought it was a bomb!
