I wasn't paying attention before and am too lazy to this thread back read back89. What are you hoping to teach?

(the 89 was courtesy of cat number one who just walked over my keyboard. I thought I'd leave it for that homely touch).

I should have guessed. Wouldn't do to be too 'compatible' with the pupils. Besides, it's easier to indoctrinate them while they're still keen and impressionable.

Edit: thought I'd better correct it myself before you got your red pen out.

 Not sure whether I need to be saying well done or 'bastards' here..... BUT If you'd have asked me how to get into teaching and why, in the last couple of months I'd have very voraciously told you to 'step away, walk calmly to the nearest exit, and breath deeply, then think again.'

My expectations, hopes, thoughts and ideas are now the total opposite of what they were when you were first interested.....I have made an incredibly bad mistake changing jobs. It's amazing, how can I have gone from a teacher who 6's observed lessons at Ofsted 18 months ago ranged from, one excellent, three very good and two good's.....to having one (in January) graded as unsatisfactory...JEEEEZ, I'm still the same person, wtf has happened??

I left a fabulous school to join this place (which I learned will most possibly close down (or the wheels set in motion) in October....absolutely NO mention of this little gem at interview or when I specifically asked during interview!

Yesterday I had to send an 8 year old boy home for hitting my Teaching Assistant and then as I was taking him to his Mother to be taken home, he walloped me....thank bejezuz he's only ikkle.

I have just spent one hour unblocking the boys toilets which flooded and the adjoining cloakroom

Happy, happy, joy, joy......
