My 'early work trip' the following day was somewhat clouded I have to say (I'm a lightweight & I hadn't eaten anything so that's my excuse)

Work would have been very dangerous for me to get to yesterday. Fortunately my boss agreed to extend my half day holiday at very short notice. Either I have the best boss in the world or my P45 is in the post.

Ugh, I seem to remember the stairs had vomit all down them.
