Bless ya. So
you're the one who still wears an LUFC shirt.
Credit to you Norm, everyone else in this city seems to have binned theirs for some blue and yellow egg-chasing team, who apparently are doing quite well.
Search me, I'm still having trouble understanding what the locals are saying.
See you tomorrow Mr Hunter
, and everyone else.

What time do you think you have to arrive at venue to secure ticket/place?

Most of us are planning to turn up between lunchtime and mid-afternoon it appears. *shrug*

Am I right in thinking that no ticket is required for this?

Think so. It's never normally advance tickets for stuff at Joseph's Well.

This is crazy bonkers. I haven't been over to Leeds from Liverpool for years. Where's the best place for a spot of daytime drinking? I guess I'll arrive in Leeds around lunch time.

it will be a "pub hours" gig, so expect it to end about 11ish
might aswell meet up at josephs well itself. the bar part of it will be open from before lunchtime i would imagine.

I shall probably do that then. I would imagine there are plenty of cheap and chearful hotels dotted around the city centre also.
Thanks.

so is august considered summer or autumn?
i know the kids are still on "summer holiday" from school, but i always though it was part of autumn...
the weather certainly has more in common with autumn than summer.

Dear Mr Eldritch,
I hope you are well. I've just heard about the Leeds gig today, and while I think it's lovely that you're getting out and about again after so long an absence, I must say it's a dirty trick not to tell me of the show in advance. That's okay, though; I realize I've talked a little bit of trash about you on the forum before and I suppose this makes us even. No hard feelings, okay?
Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that I've booked my plane ticket to London for September, and I'll be available between the 8th and the 20th for South East-based gigs. If you'd like to discuss this further, you can reach me by PM on this forum.
Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
The ever-eloquent Jennifer
P.s. August is summer.
