"eldritchboulevard", aka rachael ('scuze the spelling). a dutch chap with a rather groovy line in brothel creepers

Was that just before you texted me to say 'Aye, come on you'll be ok to get in?' hee hee (note to others this text was three mins after a phone call to say 'ooooh I don't know I wouldn't risk it' )
I'm still reliving the six hour journey from Lincoln to Leeds. By the way, the guy died apparently

So did anyone think to ask Mr. Eldritch for an interview, or were you all too busy trying to impress each other with your in-jokes and hedonism?

At what part of the gig did the 'knoblord' (great word!) start nutting people? Was that maybe why they took a break halfway through?
It was around about Alice I was a bit stuck in the middle and it looked like it might a bit fiesty. As the guy who got nutted's friend wanted a bit of afters and there was a couple more people, me included who were not with either party but thought the "nutter" was bang out of order and needed a swift kick to the head.
I think I my have been the drink fuelled "Guy who got nutted's friend who wanted a bit of afters."

. I wasn't best pleased with the pr*ck that did that.
I think it was just after 'pr*ck' looked into Dave's eyes & realised he was on Planet Dave that he ran for his life!

@Quifflet. Nice lipstick mark on the multi tee picture mate!
@Debs. Sorry for not recognising you until the very end!

But yeah, we dragged him to A&E and last I heart it was stitched up. Couldn't stick around though 'vos we summoned a tentacled elder god by accident. And he wanted chips.

S'funny really.

Too scared to approach him, really. Determined not to come across as a shrieking fan, and succeeded!
I came across as an intense and deviant obsessive. Whoops.
Excuse me, Professor, but I believe it was Dave who suggested snacking and I simply went along with the idea. We can blame our generous host for unlocking the tomb of R'lyeh.

While I couldn't get to the gig itself, I've listened to both Markfiend and Dan's recordings.
I noticed, particularly on Dan's recording, the quality of guitar playing seemed a lot better (more textures and timbres, and more confident) than on any other recent bootleg I've heard - is this because I've only got the crap gigs on CD or was there a definite improvement?
opinions of those in attendance, or those with more bootlegs than sense (Hal, this means you, amongst several others) are most welcome.
